Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a full money back return.
To start your return you can simply email us at Admin@Burnoutfitness.com, but the item must be in the same condition as received. Feel free to reach out to us anytime regarding any questions.
Delivery Policy
Our company uses only the top shipping providers. FedEx will handle all shipments whether Express 2 day delivery or Ground which can vary from 2-4 days. Orders will ship out from Houston, Texas within 24-48 hours of order placed and processed at a FedEx sorting facility, afterwards making its route to customers provided shipping address.
Return Policy
We will notify you once we have received within 30 days of delivery and proper inspection your return, and let you know the the steps of the approval process. Inspect item for quality and temperament, upon approval we will disperse the refund back to the original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation for any orders.
Shipping And Delivery
Shipping Options are provided at the time of checkout. We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping:
Standard Shipping rates are shown below. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery of merchandise (Monday-Friday, not including holidays.) Standard Shipping is available for the Continental US, P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses only. Please note delivery to APO and FPO addresses may take between 4-6 weeks. Orders shipped to AK, PR and HI must be shipped by 2nd day air.
Express Shipping:
If you prefer to receive your merchandise faster, we offer Next Day and Second Day services. Delivery is Monday through Friday, not including weekends and holidays. Orders placed with expedited service will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Orders shipped to AK, PR and HI must be shipped by 2nd day air. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
